In Jirandai, you will find Jargal near the southern entrance to the town. He needs your help in rescuing his goat, Tuji, who was stolen from him by Gan, a thief.
Gan has taken the goat to Qara Yisu. Head to the Ruins of Qara Yisu to get the goat. It will be located to the east of Jirandai. You will not need to clear this Stronghold, but you will need to explore it. Look for Tuji, and you will find both Gan’s and Tuji’s bodies in the ruins.

Retrieve Tuji’s body and return to Jargal (fortunately, the goat lives).
