Joey Filed A Lawsuit Against His Band, Aerosmith
Joey has been far from the role of drummer for Aerosmith for six months due to an injury. It appears that Joey felt underestimated by his band members who demanded him to audition to prove that he could play drums at 'an appropriate level.' Sources mentioned he failed the test.
Later, Joey filed a lawsuit hoping that it would resolve his issues until the MusiCares' ceremony and Grammy Awards. However, the judge ruled against him, which was the main reason for not performing with his band during the MusiCares' Person of the Year Award at the LA Convention Center.
