Revelations of sexual assault and rape allegations have rocked Hollywood for some time. Many of the industry’s top players, from producers to actors, have been embroiled in scandals as the revelations keep coming. Actor Jon Grissom has become one in a long list of names accused of sexual leaks in the past.

Corey Feldman, a much younger actor, has accused Jon Grissom of sexual abuse. The younger actor worked in two films with Jon Grissom as a child. Feldman, 46, released a seven-minute video in which he shared information about six people he allegedly sexually abused. Feldman has spoken out seriously on the subject, even mentioning it in his memoir Coreyography , which he published in 2013. He has shared hopes of actually making a film about his life and pedophilia in Hollywood. In his memoir, one of the suspects’ characters was named Ron Crimson, and Feldman revealed on an episode of Dr. Oz series that the character was actually referring to Jon Grissom.

It confirmed speculations that had swirled since the book was published. Feldman said Dr. Oz said the name change in the book was required for legal reasons and his lawyers insisted it be changed, even though he settled on a name that was closest to Jon Grissom.

Who is Jon Grissom?

As already mentioned, Jon Grissom is an actor. However, what follows is a closer look at the life of the man against whom these serious charges have been leveled.

Early life

Grissom was born Cloyd Jon Grissom. He was born in Alaska but attended high school in Arizona. Although most credited as an actor, he has actually only worked on two films; License to Drive in 1988 and Dream a Little Dream in 1989. Corey Feldman and his friend Corey Haim (now dead) both starred in the films. Jon Grissom was a trusted friend of the Feldmans and he was assigned as personal assistant to Corey Feldman, whose career was promising at the time.
