Thomas Mikal Ford aka Tommy Ford was an American actor and comedian. He died at the age of 52, on October 12, 2016, at a hospital in the Atlanta region.
Ford passed away from an abdominal aneurysm that had ruptured.
He is most recognizable performance was as Thomas "Tommy" Strawn in the FOX comedy Martin, which ran from 1992 to 1997.
From 1999 to 2001, he played Mel Parker on the UPN sitcom The Parkers in a recurring role. He was also well-known for playing Lt. Malcolm Barker on New York Undercover, which had its last season air on FOX.
