His mother was Cyndi Garcia Posey but she passed away in the year 2014 after a long battle with Breast cancer. Similarly, he has three siblings, two brothers, and a sister named Tyler Posey, Derek Posey, and Mayra Posey. The siblings grew up together in California. He was very athletic and outgoing as a kid.

He was very athletic and loved sports. He became really good at baseball and has played baseball for his high school and College. Similarly, for high school, he went on to attend Hart High School located in his hometown. He became the lead pitcher for the team. While it is not known with which movie or series he made a debut with but he has surely made his presence known by appearing in several movies and series. Some of the movies he has appeared in are The C-quel, The D, and Matched. While his fame and popularity grew from films he has also inclined himself towards modeling. He has appeared on the cover of a magazine with his brother.
Furthermore, in the year 2018, he appeared in TV shows such as Frist love and Stitches. He who normally played hardcore and action roles played the soft and romantic roles on the series exceptionally well and was praised by the viewers. Likewise, he has also played in the television mini-series Five North’s This Mess. He played the role of Danny the Cashier.
