Senior Meteorologist Janice Dean currently works for the FOX News Channel. Additionally, she worked as a morning weather forecaster for Fox’s ‘Fox and Friends.’ Since 2004, with the network, she has covered devastating storms such as Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Sandy, Katrina and Earl. She has also authored a ‘Freddy the Frogcaster’ series of children’s books, which teaches about the weather.

Also, the Fox & Friends meteorologist has written the book ‘Most Sunny’ where she revealed that she secretly convinced women who had allegedly been sexually harassed by Roger Ailes. Ailes is the former president and CEO of Fox whose target was one of Fox’s staff members, Julie Roginsky, a Fox strategist who offered to have sex in exchange for a permanent spot on The Five.

Janice Dean: biography, family, career

Lead Meteorologist was born on May 9, 1970 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He grew up in Ottawa to native Canadian parents, however he has not revealed any information about them. Also, she seems like she is the only child of her parents as there is no information about her brother or sister.

Regarding his education, he finished high school in his hometown. He then joined Algonquin University, where he completed an honors degree in Radio and Television. Additionally, he is a member of the American Meteorological Society and received the AMS Seal of Approval in 2009.

Janice Dean: career and life achievements

Dean began his career as a journalist in his hometown of Ottawa, Canada, at CHEZ-FM. There she became a morning show co-host, reporter and DJ. After that, she held numerous positions at CHUM Limited, including morning news anchor for ‘Breakfast’ on New RO: producer and anchor for ‘The Broad Perspective’ on CFRA, and anchor for KOOL-FM.

In 1997, she worked as an on-camera weatherwoman for CBOT Television. Then, from 1998 to 2001, she hosted various radio shows in Houston, Texas, such as Metro Networks, KODA-FM, and KLDE-FM. She also worked as a weekend air traffic reporter for CBS 2 New York. Additionally, she served as a news editor and entertainment reporter for WFAN-AM New York’s ‘IMUS in the Morning’.

Also, before joining the field of broadcasting, he worked as a Canadian law enforcement officer. In January 2004, she joined the FNC network and began working as a senior meteorologist and morning weather commentator for FOX & Friends between 6 and 9 AM. m.
