Court records confirm that the lawsuit, filed on Nov. 16, involves both Hall's organization, The Daryl Hall Revocable Trust, and Oates' trust, The John W. Oates TISA Trust, along with their co-trustees in the Davidson County Chancery Court.
The documents are described as related to a "contract/debt" suit and are currently under seal. Notably, a temporary restraining order, effective from Nov. 30, was officially issued by the court on the following day.
